I suffered from stress and anxiety for most of my adult life, and used to get periods of feeling very low. I tried various remedies, and therapy too, which helped for a while, but didn't last. The 6 week course gave me a whole new understanding about stress, and the first thing that happened was I stopped stressing about being stressed. Sounds simple, but just that had a huge impact, including getting a full nights sleep, night after night, which had't happened for years.
