Our vision is a paradigm shift in mental health education and youth work, so that young people can access their innate wellbeing and potential to become resilient, contributing members of society.

A unique, preventative and highly impactful programme, showing young people how to access their innate wellbeing and resilience.
A mix of interactive discussions, animations, activities and group exercises. Delivered in schools, youth organisations and project settings.
Resilience tutoring for children and teenagers
The programme is 10 x 1hour sessions, either face to face or online.
In a 1:1learning environment or small group sessions.
